Matt Judkin

President and Chief Executive Officer

Matt has proven himself a serial entrepreneur in the energy industry, as the founder and initial driving source for many of the Executive Energy Management brands. He was a co-founder of AGR Group in 2002, and built that organization into the preeminent sales organization serving the retail energy sector. He later parlayed AGR Group’s outbound sales expertise to include door-to-door operations, independent energy brokerage, third party verification and contact data generation.

Prior to founding AGR Group, he was SVP of Sales and Marketing for Mueller Worldwide, a full service sales and marketing organization serving Fortune 500 clients. He has also excelled as a fundraiser for international non-profits of his choosing, and socio-economic issues remain close to his heart.

Matt offers a unique blend of industry knowledge, dynamic energy, and professional salesmanship which has won the respect and admiration of both clients and employees.

Adolfo Quintero

Chief Operating Officer

In guiding AGR Group from a one-room startup to an industry standard bearer, Adolfo has gained unique and unprecedented knowledge of the data flows and operational processes necessary to service his company’s clients. His group oversees all technical and infrastructure needs of Executive Energy Management’s client brands, including IT infrastructure and facility operations and maintenance. Adolfo is also responsible for crafting client employee recruitment policies, training materials and motivational techniques.

Prior to founding AGR Group, Adolfo had a long and successful working relationship as Operations Manager with both Mueller Worldwide and with LDS, a telecommunications company.

Steve Copeland

Executive Vice President, Call Center Operations

Steve brings a unique energy call center background the EEM, having worked on the client side for Just Energy and the vendor side for Sitel. Quantitative analysis is Steve’s primary driver, as he assesses the performance of the center through statistics and financial modelling. He is responsible for all operations, profit and loss, client satisfaction and employee retention.

 

Susan Reeves

Chief Financial Officer

Susan’s background includes 20 years of experience within the automotive and food service industry. Previously she spent nine years as CFO of a multi-location automotive distributor and service provider. Prior to that, she held the role of District Sales Manager, managing 100+ person sales team in three states. Throughout her career she has a proven track record of improving the financial strength of companies through cash flow management, banking negotiations and strategic planning. Susan prides herself in developing enhanced reporting and process improvements in multi-million dollar companies, as well as improving the financial acumen throughout their overall operations.

Susan holds two bachelor’s degrees from the University of South Florida, one in Accounting and one in Management Information Systems. In addition, she has an MBA in Finance from the University of Tampa, and is CPA licensed in the state of Florida.

Chanet Kauhane

COO Executive Assistant

Chanet has worked for Executive Energy Management brands for eight years. She performs critical organizational functions for the COO and the entire executive team. She also authors and maintains company policies, organizes special events, and maintains confidential communication channels among the executives.

Jonathan Lo Bue

Vice President, Operations

Jonathan Lo Bue brings more than 15 years experience in operations management, customer service, business development and quality assurance.

Most recently he served as the President of Sales Verification Company, with direct responsibility for meeting client needs through planning, implementing, and evaluating the effectiveness of systems and infrastructure.

Brian Webb

Vice President, Information Technologies

Brian has a diverse, 20 plus year track record of success that spans multiple industries and technologies. Brian’s previous position was that of Chief Technology Officer for one of the leading national providers of retirement plan design that serviced clients with $12 billion in assets. As CTO, Brian developed and implemented technology frameworks, delivery strategies, and core components of the company’s information technology infrastructure.

Brian is responsible for infrastructure, systems and tech security for all Executive Energy Management brands.

Kelly Dobbin

Executive Vice President, Business Development

Kelly is in charge of all Business Development functions for the Executive Energy Management brands. She brings over 25 years of business and management experience, and is focused in the development areas of Customer Service and Aggregations. She joined AGR Group in early 2012 after a long and active career in the auto collision repair industry.

Montana Spencer

Vice President, Business Development

Montana Spencer joined Executive Energy Management with more than 10 years in public relations and marketing management. He started in the retail energy industry in 2010, working on special projects for C-level executives in managing his company’s brand image. Most recently, he worked for a monetary fund heavily vested in the energy sector, and managed its energy futures market strategy.

Taylor Judkin

Sr. Director, Business Development

Taylor is focused on developing new opportunities for in the areas of acquisitions and verification. She joined the Executive Energy Management team in 2016 after working four years for FMR Management, where she held roles in the finance side of the business. She graduated with a Fine Arts degree from AMDA Los Angeles in 2012.

Laura Zepeda

Vice President, Corporate Affairs

Laura provides liaison services to the Executive Energy Management brands for all external relationships including regulatory compliance, political interface and media/public relations inquiries.

She comes to this critical post with an extensive background in employment contract issues, and works closely with the the brands’ human resources team in establishing and enforcing workplace policies.

Laura is well versed in the requirements of the telesales business, having previously held the Director of Corporate Affairs position at LDS, Inc., a telecommunications company.

Dean Gyorgy

Marketing Services

Dean spent eight years in marketing and sales for retail energy suppliers before branching out into creative services. He owns and operates his own creative arts agency, DG Media Arts, which combines his background in journalism and media productions to provide web design, written content and and visual services to the Executive Energy Management brands.
